Growing up, food was the center of everything – spaghetti dinner on Sunday, Chinese food for birthdays, grilling sausages and burgers every weekend of the summer – you name it, we had it. Food became a source of comfort, a source of celebration, and most importantly, a source of connection. As I’ve gotten older, all these things still remain true – and I truly believe that food is meant to be approached from a loving and sustainable viewpoint. Food is fun – and losing weight doesn’t have to be a miserable experience. That’s why I created this community – to help others live a healthier lifestyle – without the boring routine.
